Florida State opened up a 27-0 lead at halftime and never looked back, defeating Maryland 41-14 on Saturday. Devonta Freeman had 16 carries for 148 yards and two touchdowns for the Seminoles. Florida State as a team had 237 rushing yards in the game.
Florida International 34, Florida Atlantic 24
Florida International beat Florida Atlantic, 34-24, on Friday. Jake Medlock was 17-of-28 passing for 264 yards and two touchdowns for Florida International.
Bethune-Cook 21, Florida A&M 16
Florida A&M fell to Bethune-Cook, 21-16, on Saturday. As a team, Bethune-Cook rushed 44 times for 205 yards.
Miami 40, South Florida 9
Miami had 548 yards of total offensive to defeat South Florida, 40-9, on Saturday. Stephen Morris was 21-of-32 passing for 413 yards and three touchdowns for Miami.
